Conditions of contract:

sending the ‘Registration Form’ is proof of his/her compliance with the Institution’s general rules.

Payment: After sending the registration form we will send you a confirmation and an invoice. At that time a non-refundable downpayment of 12% of the course-fee or package-price (incl. overnights) has to be payed. On the first schoolday the rest of the fee is due. The course can only be attended, if all payments have been done.

Cancellation: Should the student need to cancel the participation in the course up to 60 days before it starts, no cancellation fee is charged. Up to 20 days before its commencement (even if the student is ill), 15% will be charged. Between 20 days and one day before its commencement 50% will be charged. Starting 24 hours before the arrival of the student the whole fee has to be payed if the reservation is cancelled.

Rebooking: for changes of the reservation the student will be charged an administrative fee of 5% up to 20 days before the course starts.Until 24 hours before the commencement of the course 10% and during the course 20%.

Accomodation: Regarding accommodation, the student should be aware that check-in has to be made after 12.00h noon on the first day and check-out has to be made before noon on the last day; otherwise an extra overnight might be charged. Accommodation periods in private homes last seven, fourteen, or twenty-one days.

Missed classes: The student enrolled in individual courses who misses classes will be given make-up classes in case the Institution has been notified in advance of the absence.

Special requests: There is no guarantee that special requirements as to program contents or schedules will be met, but we will always try to meet special requests.

Basis for groupstudies: In general, groups have at least four students. In case there are only three, sixty-hour courses will be reduced to fifty and forty-hour ones to thirty classes of forty-five minutes each. With two students, sixty-hours courses will be reduced to forty and forty-hour ones to thirty classes of forty-five minutes each. With one student, half the time of each option will be considered.

The Institution is not responsible for supplying the student with health insurance.
