Conditions of contract:

sending the ‘Registration Form’ is proof of his/her compliance with the Institution’s general rules.

Payment: After sending the registration form we will send you a confirmation and an invoice. At that time a non-refundable down payment of 10% of the course-fee or package-price (incl. overnights) has to be paid. On the first school day the rest of the fee is due. The course can only be attended, if all payments have been done.

Cancellation: Should the student need to cancel the participation in the course up to 60 days before it starts, no cancellation fee is charged. Up to 20 days before its commencement (for any reason), 15% will be charged. Between 20 days and one day before its commencement 50% will be charged. 

Rescheduling: Because rescheduling gives rise to several logistical difficulties, they are subjected to an administrative fee. Administrative fee of 5% up to 20 days before the course starts and 10% after that.

Accomodation: Regarding accommodation, the student should be aware that check-in has to be made after 12.00h noon on the first day and check-out has to be made before noon on the last day; otherwise an extra overnight might be charged. Accommodation periods in private homes last seven, fourteen, or twenty-one days.

Missed classes: The student enrolled in individual courses who misses classes will be given make-up classes in case the Institution has been notified in advance of the absence.

Special requests: There is no guarantee that special requirements as to program contents or schedules will be met, but we will always try to meet special requests.

The Institution is not responsible for supplying the student with health insurance.
